Andrea McGowan –
Executive Director

Andrea has 15 years of experience serving seniors. In 2001 she became a CNA working for Northampton County. Andrea was certified in 2005 as an Emergency Medical Technician before graduating from Northampton Community College in 2007 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In 2016 she expanded her nursing career by becoming a licensed personal care home administrator. Andrea lives in Macungie with her two daughters and German shepherd. Her hobbies include painting and refurbishing furniture.

Judy Kells –
Business Office Coordinator

Judy has been with Woodland Terrace since 2000. For many years she acted as the “Training Business Office Coordinator” on boarding new Business Office Coordinators with the company. She enjoys helping our residents, families and staff with any concerns they may have. Judy resides in Macungie with her husband and two cats. She has two daughters and one granddaughter. In her free time she loves being with her family and relaxing in her pool.

Deyanira Knight –
Senior Living Coordinator

Dee has been with Woodland Terrace at the Oaks since 2006. She first started her career as a CNA in a Nursing Home in New York. With over 11 years of experience, Dee has a loving and serving heart while maintaining a high quality of care for the residents. A native of New York, she now resides in Allentown with her husband, her children, and three dogs. She loves to spend her free time with her family and goddaughters.

Sueamy Acosta - WoodlandTerraceSueamy Acosta –
Memory Care Coordinator

Sueamy has 5 years of experience providing hands on care to her residents. She became a Personal Care Aide in 2012, adding medication training and supervising skills to her experience over the years. She has a great sense of humor and is always smiling bright. Sueamy enjoys restoring furniture, decorating her home and spending time with her puppy.

Jessica Mitchell –
Director of Community Relations

Jessica has been with Woodland Terrace since 2007. Previously she was in Human Resources at a local home care nursing agency. She enjoys working with our residents and their families to make a move to Woodland Terrace as stress free as possible. She resides in the Lehigh Valley with her daughter. She loves spending time with family and friends and enjoying what every day brings.

Becky Trollinger –
Activities Director

Becky has been our activity director for 14 years, and has been leading activities in a senior setting for 31 years. With experience and passion Becky creates activities for both our senior living and memory care neighborhood. She keeps our residents happy, fulfilled and on the go with weekly community outings, intellectual, purposeful, spiritual, social and creative programming. Becky lives in Macungie with our Woodland Terrace therapy dog, Sandy. She has one daughter and one grandson. Becky is very involved in local community theater.

Maurice MillsMaurice Mills –
Food Services Director

Maurice has been with Woodland Terrace since 2007. He is ServSafe certified and has prided himself on bringing a high quality of food and service to the residents in our community. Maurice always brings a smile to his face and to the residents and staff everyday he is here. He resides in Allentown and enjoys sports, leisure and doing R&B music up and down the East Coast.

Robert Holmes –
Maintenance Director

Robert has 15-plus years of experience in various areas of maintenance, including owning his own contracting business. Prior to his career in maintenance, Robert worked in the human services field as a mentor for adolescents, direct support professional and group home supervisor for individuals with developmental disabilities. He enjoys taking on new challenges and is a lifelong learner. He likes to have fun and has a great sense of humor. Robert is a native of Easton, PA. He has two children and three grandchildren. His interests include spending time with his family, playing sports and working on cars.
